262 new cases of COVID-19, four new COVID-19 deaths in Erie County

SANDUSKY – From September 19 to September 25 in Erie County, there were 262 new cases of COVID-19, 39 new COVID-19 hospitalizations, and four new COVID-19 deaths.

10,351 people have now tested positive for COVID-19 in Erie County.

226 people have now died from COVID-19 in Erie County.

28 people are currently being treated for COVID-19 at Firelands Regional Medical Center. 18 of those people are unvaccinated. 1,001 people have now been hospitalized for COVID-19 in Erie County.

40,891 or 55.06% of people in Erie County have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. 38,582 or 51.95% of people in Erie County have now been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
