354 new cases of COVID-19, two new COVID-19 deaths in Erie County

SANDUSKY – From September 12 to September 18 in Erie County, there were 354 new cases of COVID-19, 19 new COVID-19 hospitalizations, and two new COVID-19 deaths.

10,089 people have now tested positive for COVID-19 in Erie County.

222 people have now died from COVID-19 in Erie County.

23 people are currently being treated for COVID-19 at Firelands Regional Medical Center. 19 of those people are unvaccinated. 962 people have now been hospitalized for COVID-19 in Erie County.

40,634 or 54.71% of people in Erie County have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. 38,288 or 51.56% of people in Erie County have now been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
