Enderle pleads not guilty

HURON – Huron Township Trustee Ed Enderle plead not guilty to Receiving Stolen Property (M1) in Huron Municipal Court on Tuesday morning.

Enderle, who is a candidate in the November 2021 election, was charged on Sunday, after an Erie County sheriff’s deputy found that he had taken multiple political signs that were not his.

According to the case docket, Enderle’s next hearing will be his pre-trial, which will take place on Tuesday, November 16 at 9AM.

If convicted of the first degree misdemeanor, Enderle faces up to six months in jail and a fine not to exceed $1,000.
