Gregory Wright

Gregory Wright “Muffin Man”, 63, passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021. He was born January 31, 1958, to parents Harry Wright and Ann (Lindsley) Wright in Sandusky, Ohio.

Gregory attended Betty Rinderle School in Sandusky, Ohio. He enjoyed doing volunteer work wherever he could lend a helping hand. He also was a talented athlete and received medals in bowling, bocce, basketball, swimming, and powerlifting as part of the Special Olympics Ohio team. In his spare time, he loved playing the guitar.

Gregory is survived by his parents; sister, Betsey (Fred) Luipold; brother, Douglas (Mary Beth Lemieux) Wright; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Greg is also survived by his
special angels Eileen Daniels, Stephanie Roy, Dominic Vacca, Mike Hauke, William Graves, Bobby Alexander, and Linda Rastle.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Harry and Edith Wright and J.Ray and Alverna Lindsley; and brother, Steven Wright.

Visitation will take place at Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, 410 Main Street, Huron, on Wednesday, July 14th at 10 am until the time of service at 11:30.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Erie Residential Men’s Group Home, 628 Wayne Street, Sandusky, 44870.

Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, Huron, will be handling the arrangements.
