AMBER Alert issued for 2-year-old boy from East Cleveland

UPDATE 4:05PM – Major Johnson has been located. The AMBER Alert has been canceled.

EAST CLEVELAND – An AMBER Alert has been issued for Major Johnson, 2, of East Cleveland.

Police say that Johnson was taken by Gerald Toney, who is the ex-boyfriend of Johnson’s mother.

Toney was last seen driving a White 2010 Ford Fusion, with Johnson in the back seat. The vehicle has front end bumper damage and black bag over sunroof. The vehicle’s license plate is L399591. The picture below is of the actual vehicle, though it was not taken today.

Toney, pictured in the thumbnail, is 40-years-old, is 5’7″, is 209lbs, is black, has black hair, and has brown eyes.

Johnson is 40lbs, is black, has black hair, and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey and white shirt.
