High Wind Warning issued for Thursday Night and Friday Morning

Cleveland, OH – The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a High Wind Warning for portions of north central, northeast and northwest Ohio; including Erie, Huron, Lorain, Sandusky, and Seneca counties. It will be in effect from 11PM Thursday to 12PM Friday.

The weather service is expecting southwest winds from 25MPH to 35MPH with gusts up to 60MPH.

Trees and power lines are expected to be blown down. This may lead to widespread power outages. Travel may also be difficult as well.
