999 new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Ohio

Columbus, OH – Since Friday in the State of Ohio, 999 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed. That brings the total number of confirmed cases to 835,856. 66 people were hospitalized. 50,848 people have now been hospitalized from COVID-19 in Ohio. 58,227 people begun the vaccination process. 1,929,773 people in Ohio or 16.51% of Ohio’s population have now begun the vaccination process. 49,375 people also finished the vaccination process. 1,075,272 people or 9.20% of Ohio’s population have now finished the vaccination process. Deaths were not reported today.
