Erie County Sheriff’s Office names 2023 employees of the year

SANDUSKY – The Erie County Sheriff’s Office has named their 2023 employees of the year.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the employees were chosen by their peers for their dedication and their cooperative relationships with the public and their co-workers.

The 2023 Sheriff’s Office employees of the year are the following:

• Corrections Officer — Jody Showalter
  
• Deputy Sheriff — Sergeant. Zach Gillespie
  
• Dispatcher — Corporal Nakia Stookey
  
• Administrative Professional — Amy Kazmaier
