Huron City Schools treasurer resigns

HURON – Huron City Schools Treasurer and CFO Paul DeMarco has resigned from his position at the school district.

The Huron Board of Education approved his resignation at their Tuesday meeting.

Board members Stacey Hartley, Jody Mast, and John Jones thanked DeMarco for his work and gave him well wishes on his future work.

DeMarco was hired by the district in May 2022 and officially started his job in July.

His last day will be July 31.
