Vermilion police issue warning about individual using counterfeit $100 bills

VERMILION – The Vermilion Police Department is warning the public to be on the lookout for an individual using counterfeit $100 bills.

According to police, in at least ten separate incidents, the individual has used the counterfeit money to make small purchases and received change.

Anyone who observes the suspect is asked to contact the Vermilion Police Department at 419-627-7553.
