The iconic Village Pump Restaurant and Bar on Kelleys Island is up for sale for an asking price of $2.4 million. The property is located at 103 West Lakeshore Drive, along the southern shore Of downtown Kelleys Island. The building is 8,648 square feet, with the restaurant using about 5,800 square feet of space of the ground level and the rest being used for mixed residential and storage. The building was built in 1890 and has been home to the Village Pump for over 50 years.

Vineyard Square Plaza

Vineyard Square Plaza, which consists of a shopping center and warehouses, on SR 60 in Vermilion is for sale for $6 million. The retail buildings are 29,261 square feet, and the flex space is 30,200 squares feet. The site is 98% occupied, with one of its tenants being Mercy Health. It has also been approved for 6,000 square feet of additional flex space, the listing states.
