Pamela Leszynski

Pamela J. Leszynski, 75, passed away on July 15, 2022 at Admiral’s Pointe Rehabilitation Center in Huron, Ohio following her battle with Alzheimer’s.

Pam was born on March 15, 1947, in Stow, Ohio to the late Wilmer and June (Shriver) Phillips.

Pam attended Kent State University where she met her husband, Fred, who she was married to for 52 years. Pam loved books and reading and was able to share this passion as an English teacher at Perkins High School for many years.

Pam served on the Board of Old Woman Creek State Nature Preserve and was a member of the College Women’s Club of Sandusky. In addition to her love of reading, Pam enjoyed sewing and gardening. Pam had a love for travel, and before getting married, she spent a summer living in London. She enjoyed many trips back to England and visiting the hotel she worked and lived during her time there.

Pam is survived by her husband, Fred Leszynski; her son, Matt Leszynski; daughter in-law, Christina Leszynski; two granddaughters, Lauren and Courtney; her daughter, Erin Leszynski; and sister, Karen Koch.
