Man accused of exposing himself, masturbating in front of multiple females

SANDUSKY – A 25-year-old man was arrested and charged Monday after he allegedly exposed himself to females in separate incidents.

According to a report from the Sandusky Police Department, a female claimed that she pushing in child a stroller through the Hayes Avenue underpass. She claimed, according to the report, that when she approached the stairs that lead to North Depot Street, she saw a man who had his penis exposed and was masturbating. She claimed that she continued walking and the man followed her, while continuing to masturbate with his penis exposed, the report states.

Police checked the area for the man, but were unable to located him, the report states.

According to the report, police spoke to another female soon after. She claimed that she observed a man, who matched the same description provided by the other female, masturbating in front of a residence in the 500 block of Rockwell Street.

This time when police searched the area, they were able to locate a man matching the descriptions.

The man, Michael Norwood, of Detroit, Michigan, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and was transported to the Erie County Jail.
