Sheriff issues warning about homeless sex offender who was convicted of raping girl

NORWALK – The Huron County Sheriff’s Office is warning the public to be on alert for a homeless sex offender who was convicted of raping 15-year-old.

Joshua Kuras is a Tier III sex offender who was convicted of raping a female under the age of 15. He was recently released from prison and is currently homeless in the city of Norwalk.

The Sheriff’s Office says that if you see Kuras, you should not make contact with or harass him.
