Philip Pavia Sr.

Philip “Phil” J. Pavia Sr., 81, passed away Thursday evening, April 14, 2022 surrounded by his family.

Phil was born on December 20, 1940 in Sandusky, OH to the late Benedict and Anna (Corso) Pavia.

Phil is survived by his children, Phil, James, Lisa, John, Janet, Angela and Trey; grandchildren, Tiffani, Robert, James, Brett, Ashley, Matt, Paige, Katelynn, Riley and Austen; great-grandchildren, Calvin, Lydia, Clark, Kylie and Harper; sister, Peggy; brother, Gus and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

In addition to his parents, Phil is preceded in death by his loving wife, Kathy and daughter, Kellie.

Private family burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery, Sandusky. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
