Man wanted for 2020 Sandusky murder arrested with Tevin Latin

SPARTANBURG, SC – The man accused of the 2020 murder of Bernasto Hardin was arrested along with Tevin Latin, the man accused of murdering Trinidy Jones, Monday in Spartanburg County, SC.

Maleek Aaron, 24, allegedly shot four people in September 2020, killing Hardin. In relation to this incident, Aaron was charged with Aggravated Murder (F1).

Lt. Scott Dahlgren tells Huron Insider that the Sandusky Police Department received information that Arron was in the Spartansburg area. He says that the department began working with local law enforcement, which led to Aaron being located, along with Latin.

Both Hardin and Latin were taken to the Spartanburg County Jail.
