259 new cases of COVID-19, three new COVID-19 deaths in Erie County

SANDUSKY – From October 10 to October 16 in Erie County, there were 259 new cases of COVID-19, three new COVID-19 deaths, and 26 new COVID-19 hospitalizations.

11,232 people have now tested positive for COVID-19 in Erie County.

234 people have now died from COVID-19 in Erie County.

26 people are currently being treated for COVID-19 at Firelands Regional Medical Center. 20 of those people are unvaccinated. 1,076 people have now been hospitalized for COVID-19 in Erie County.

41,485 or 55.86% of people in Erie County have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. 39,394 or 53.04% of people in Erie County have now been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
