305 new cases of COVID-19, two new COVID-19 deaths in Erie County

SANDUSKY – From September 5 to September 11 in Erie County, there were 305 new cases of COVID-19, 31 new COVID-19 hospitalizations, and two new COVID-19 deaths.

9,735 people have now tested positive for COVID-19 in Erie County.

220 people have now died from COVID-19 in Erie County.

31 people are currently being treated for COVID-19 at Firelands Regional Medical Center. 22 of those people are unvaccinated. 943 people have now been hospitalized for COVID-19 in Erie County.

40,285 or 54.24% of people in Erie County have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. 37,897 or 51.03% of people in Erie County have now been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
