Cedar Point to open daily, no longer require reservations for main park

SANDUSKY – Cedar Point announced some changes to their schedule on Friday. Some the changes are related to cuts made in May, due to a staffing shortage.

Cedar Point and Cedar Point Shores will be open daily until Labor Day, September 6. Hotel Breakers and Lighthouse Point and Express Hotel will also be open on these dates.

Cedar Point is also lifting capacity limitations for the main park. This means that guests will no longer have to make reservations in order to visit. Reservations will continue to be required for Cedar Point Shores. Reservations can be made here.

Tony Clark, Cedar Point’s Director of Communications, said in the press release, “As we all transition back to normalcy, we’d also like to thank you for your patience and understanding through all of this – we all want more Cedar Point in our lives, and, as we say, The Fun is Just Beginning!”
