COLUMBUS – The first winners of Ohio’s Vax-a-Million winners were announced on Wednesday evening. The $1,000,000 winner is Jonathan Carlyle of Toledo. The four year scholarship winner is Zoie Vincent of Mayfield Village. Three more drawings will take place. The next drawing is on Wednesday, June 9.
