Nevada and Wisconsin Added to Ohio’s Travel Advisory

On Wednesday, Nevada and Wisconsin were added to Ohio’s Travel Advisory. They join Alabama, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Utah. People traveling from these states are recommended, but not required, to self-quarantine for 14-days after they return. A state is put on Ohio’s Travel Advisory if they positive COVID-19 testing rate of 15% or higher.

Mississippi and Wyoming are believed to be at an elevated positivity rate. The Ohio Department of Health cannot determine a positivity rate for those states. People are recommended to reconsider travel to those states.
