Huron Tiger Track Boys finish first, Girls finish second at Tri-Meet

MILAN – At Tuesday’s Tri-Meet against Edison and Port Clinton, the Huron Tiger boys finished first and the girls finished second. This was the Huron boys’ third straight first place win of the season. The meet was held at Edison.

Below are some highlights of the meet

In the Boys 100 Meter Dash; Huron’s Connor Schaeffer finished first with a time of 11.60, Port Clinton’s Colton Yarbrough finished second with a time of 11.62, and Huron’s Ben Buathier finished third with a time of 11.68.

In the Girls 100 Meter Dash; Huron’s CeAujanay Grant finished first with a time of 13.50, Edison’s Morgan Moon finished second with a time of 14.00, and Port Clinton’s Gracie Rohrer finished third with a time of 14.16.

In the Boys 200 Meter Dash; Huron’s Connor Schaeffer finished first with a time of 23.25, Edison’s Trayvon Williams finished second with a time of 23.81, and Edison’s Caleb Bell finished third with a time of 23.94.

In the Girls 200 Meter Dash; Huron’s CeAujanay Grant finished first with a time of 26.85, Port Clinton’s Arielle Montowski finished second with a time of 29.19, and Huron’s Hayden Roshong finished third with a time of 29.31.

In the Boys 400 Meter Dash; Huron’s Jacob Eck finished first with a time of 51.56, Huron’s Zach Weyer finished second with a time of 52.06, and Huron’s Connor Schaeffer finished third with a time of 53.13.

In the Girls 400 Meter Dash; Huron’s Jadyn Towns finished first with a time of 1:04.19, Port Clinton’s Kami Pariat finished second with a time of 1:05.00, and Edison’s Jayla Medina finished third with a time of 1:06.13.

In the Boys 800 Meter Run; Edison’s Cole Weilnau finished first with a time of 2:07.97, Huron’s Elijah Routh finished second with a time of 2:08.69, and Huron’s Jacob Eck finished third with a time of 2:10.44.

In the Girls 800 Meter Run; Edison’s Abby Lesniak finished first with a time of 2:25.90, Huron’s Jadyn Towns finished second with a time of 2:35.37, and Edison’s Payton Facemire finished third with a time of 2:40.69.

In the Boys 1600 Meter Run; Huron’s Elijah Routh finished first with a time of 4:43.66, Edison’s Aidan Anderson finished second with a time of 4:50.00, and Huron’s Pearson Keller finished third with a time of 4:59.94.

In the Girls 1600 Meter Run, Edison’s Abby Lesniak finished first with a time of 5:17.35, Huron’s Jadyn Towns finished second with a time of 5:31.47, and Edison’s Payton Facemire finished third with a time of 6:03.25.

In the Boys 3200 Meter Run; Huron’s Sal Sherer finished first with a time of 10:46.25, Huron’s Trevor Poltorek finished second with a time of 11:01.41, and Edison’s Gabe Schirg finished third with a time of 11:26.03.

In the Girls 3200 Meter Run; Huron’s Kennedy Schlessman finished first with a time of 12:06.19, Edison’s Haley Chaput finished second with a time of 13:05.77, and Edison’s Lindsay Sneider finished third with a time of 13:09.46.

In the Boys 110 Meter Hurdles; Edison’s Garrett Scott finished first with a time of 16.07, Port Clinton’s Kieran Mackey finished second with a time of 16.88, and Edison’s James Kryger finished third with a time of 17.35.

In the Girls 100 Meter Hurdles; Edison’s Torri Keyser finished first with a time of 16.69, Huron’s Jaden Carey finished second with a time of 17.06, and Edison’s Rachel Klepper finished third with a time of 17.79.

In the Boys 300 Meter Hurdles; Edison’s Garrett Scott finished first with a time of 42.00, Port Clinton’s Kieran Mackey finished second with a time of 42.28, and Huron’s Beau Harkelroad finished third with a time of 44.97.

In the Girls 300 Meter Hurdles; Edison’s Torri Keyser finished first with a time of 50.56, Edison’s Rachel Klepper finished second with a time of 52.39, and Huron’s Hayden Roshong finished third with a time of 52.47.

In the Boys 4×100 Meter Relay; Edison finished first with a time of 45.37, Port Clinton finished second with a time of 46.66, and Huron finished third with a time of 47.54.

In the Girls 4×100 Meter Relay; Huron finished first with a time of 54.28, Port Clinton finished second with a time of 54.43, and Edison finished third with a time of 56.43.

In the Boys 4×200 Meter Relay; Port Clinton finished first with a time of 1:37.50, Huron finished second with a time of 1:37.97, and Edison finished third with a time of 1:39.43.

In the Girls 4×200 Meter Relay; Edison finished first with a time of 1:55.75, Port Clinton finished second with a time of 1:55.87, and Huron finished third with a time of 1:59.19.

In the Boys 4×400 Meter Relay; Huron finished first with a time of 3:34.78, Edison finished second with a time of 3:50.19, and Port Clinton finished third with a time of 3:58.48.

In the Girls 4×400 Meter Relay; Port Clinton finished first with a time of 4:26.10, Edison finished second with a time of 4:28.54, and Huron finished third with a time of 4:51.50.

In the Boys 4×800 Meter Relay; Huron finished first with a time of 8:53.25, Edison finished second with a time of 10:09.65, and Port Clinton finished third with a time of 10:10.04.

In the Girls 4×800 Meter Relay; Port Clinton finished first with a time of 11:08.25, Edison finished second with a time of 11:14.13, and Huron finished third with a time of 11:38.11.

In the Boys High Jump, Edison’s Dylan Odell finished first with 6’1”, Huron’s Brad Holbrook finished second with 6’0”, and Huron’s Sean Kaminski finished third with 5’10”.

In the Girls High Jump; Edison’s Torri Keyser finished first with 4’10″, Huron’s Jaden finished second with 4’10”, and Huron’s Emily Franks finished third with 4’6″.

In the Boys Long Jump; Edison’s finished first with 18’6″, Edison’s Dylan Odell finished second with 18’3”, and Huron’s Ben Buathier finished third with 17’2″.

In the Girls Long Jump; Huron’s Kyla Garbe finished first with 15’6″, Huron’s Emily Franks finished second with 14’1″, and Port Clinton’s Arielle Montowski finished third with 13’3″.

In the Boys Pole Vault, Huron’s Quin Spitzley finished first with 10′0″, Edison’s James Kryger finished second with 9’6″, and Edison’s Karl Kromer finished third with 9’0″.

In the Girls Pole Vault, Edison’s Katelyn Jeremay finished first with 8′0″, Edison’s Isabellah Linder finished second with 6′6″, and Edison’s Hailey Lause finished third with 5′0″.

In the Boys Discus; Port Clinton’s Nate Nellet finished first with 107’11″, Huron’s Jake Koba finished second with 107’0.5″, and Huron’s Ayden Duffy finished third with 102’10″.

In the Girls Discus; Edison’s Madison Corapi finished first with 101’3″, Port Clinton’s Mia Sanchez finished second with 89’8″, and Port Clinton’s Ana Hummel finished third with 86’11″.

In the Boys Shot Put; Port Clinton’s Nate Nellet finished first with 41’1″, Huron’s Jake Koba finished second with 38’5″, and Edison’s Andrew Harper finished third with 38’4″.

In the Girls Shot Put; Edison’s Madison Corapi finished first with 28’9″, Port Clinton’s Lily Spieldenner finished second with 27’7″, and Port Clinton’s Mia Sanchez finished third with 27’4″.
