Man shot in Cedar Point Sports Center parking lot

SANDUSKY – One man had been charged and another man has been hospitalized after a shooting at Cedar Point Sports Center late Saturday morning.

45-year-old Mario Lacy, of Euclid has been charged with Attempted Murder, after he allegedly shot another man in the parking lot during an altercation. Lacy is currently being held in the Erie County Jail.

The man who was shot was transported to Firelands Regional Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.

A video posted to Twitter shows the chaos after the shooting. The video shows people exiting the building out to the front, as many people believed that the shooting happened inside the building.
