997 new cases of COVID-19 confirmed 54 new COVID-19 deaths in Ohio

Columbus, OH – Since Friday in the State of Ohio, 997 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed. That brings the total number of confirmed cases to 828,470. 54 more people died from COVID-19. 17,237 people have now died of COVID-19 in Ohio. 79 people were hospitalized. 48,350 people begun the vaccination process. 1,620,452 people in Ohio or 13.86% of Ohio’s population have now begun the vaccination process. 46,530 people also finished the vaccination process. 861,051 people or 7.37% of Ohio’s population have now finished the vaccination process.
