Huron Tiger divers qualify for State meet

Bowling Green, OH – Huron divers, Max Wasiniak and Joey Lenczyk, will be competing at State diving meet.

At Wednesday’s District meet, Wasiniak finished 3rd with 410.80 points, and Lenczyk finished 5th with 380.95 points.

This is Wasiniak’s second trip to State, and Lenczyk’s third trip. Wasiniak is a sophomore, and Lenczyk is a junior. To qualify for the State meet, a diver has to have one of the top 24 district times in the state.

The State meet will be held on Wednesday, February 24 in Canton.
