Local authors to hold signing event at Firelands Winery

SANDUSKY – Members of the Northern Ohio Authors Guild will be holding a book signing on Saturday, February 25 from 2PM to 5PM at Firelands Winery in Sandusky.

At the event, readers can enjoy a glass of local wine while chatting with a local author. Signed copies of books will be available for purchase. It is open to the public.

Local authors Wendy Fedan, PJ Grondin, Louis Masterson, and Emilia Rosa will be at the signing. Below is some information on the local authors:

Wendy Fedan is a full-time freelance illustrator and award-winning author of teen and picture books. She lives in Amherst, Ohio working from home studio. She collaborates with other authors to illustrate their books as well and has her own self-publishing business, Create-a-Way Design & Publishing, LLC. PJ Grondin moved around a number of times when he was young; from Sandusky, Ohio to Bay City, Michigan, then to Maitland and Zellwood, Florida before returning to Sandusky, OH. After his service in the US Navy, in the Nuclear Power Program, and on the ballistic missile submarine U.S.S. John Adams, he returned to Sandusky, where he was elected to the Sandusky City Commission. He is retired and lives in Sandusky with his wife. Louis Masterson’s books are thriller-espionage-action stories with a historical event serving as background. Masterson is working on a fifth book about the last months of the presidency of Ferdinand Marcos in 1985. His books can be purchased on Amazon.

Emilia Rosa was raised in Brazil, and spent her childhood in Rio de Janeiro. She worked in international trade shows in a multilingual capacity, and as a fashion model in Brazil, Italy, and the US. Before turning to fiction, she had poetry published and won a library poetry contest. She wrote two novels set in 1920s Rio de Janeiro and is doing research for the third sequel.
