Huron author releases second novel

HURON – Local author Emilia Rosa has released a sequel to her novel “Finding Cristina.”

In the first novel, Cristina, a young woman in Rio de Janeiro, finds her true identity, her parentage and the love of her life. In the sequel, titled “Finding Cristina: A New Life,” after moving to New York with her husband and giving birth, Cristina and her new family return to her childhood home to visit the woman who raised her. During the trip, strange happenings occur that threaten Cristina, her husband and their future together.

Rosa was born in the US and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she received inspiration for several scenes in the novels.
