House on 250 up for sale for $590,000

SANDUSKY – One of the few remaining houses in the commercial section of Route 250 has been place up for sale.

The house, located at 3502 Milan Road, has been used for commercial purposes for many years and is currently zoned to be an office building. It is located next to and currently owned by the Corso’s Flower & Garden Center. Most recently, the house was used as offices for Corso’s and the yard was used for storage and a show area.

The house was built in 1959 and was originally owned by Michael Corse. It is 2,260 square feet and is located on one and a half acres of property.

The asking price is $590,000. More information about the listing can be found on LoopNet.

Prior to the Sandusky Mall being built in 1977, the nearby area of Perkins Township mainly consisted of farmland and houses. As businesses expanded, many of the houses were demolished to make room for new commercial buildings. In the past two years, two houses located up the road in front of the Park Place Shopping Center were demolished to make room for new restaurants.
