Sandusky, Wakeman residents killed in Richland County crash

GREENWICH – Two individuals were killed Monday morning following a crash on State Route 13, between Free Road and Noble Road, in Richland County.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when a northbound 1997 Buick LaSabre, driven by Charmeka Sherman, 33, of Sandusky, drove left of center and struck a southbound 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan, driven by Brian Hall, 37, of Wakeman, head-on in the southbound lane.

Both Sherman and Hall were pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
