Edward Jones, Alpaca Audiology acquire new space in Perkins Township

SANDUSKY – Edward Jones and Alpaca Audiology have leased new office space on 1206 Hull Road in Perkins Township from Jewelone Development, LLC.

Edward Jones Investments will be moving into 1,900 square feet of newly renovated, professional office space, near the Hull Road/Milan Road business corridor. Alpaca Audiology, LLC will be taking 1,535 square feet of office space in the same complex for their community-based hearing clinic.

Projected move-in dates for both tenants is August of 2022.

Hoty Builders handled the build-out and renovation of the space on behalf of the Tenant.

The deal was brokered by Mac Lehrer of Hoty Enterprises.
