UPDATED: AMBER Alert canceled for 12-year-old North Royalton girl 

UPDATE: The AMBER Alert has been canceled. According to police, the two were found in Cleveland. Suspect Micey Stiver has been taken into custody.

NORTH ROYALTON – An AMBER Alert has been issued for 12-year-old Tessa Kozelka.

According to police, on Monday at 2AM, Kozelka left with Micey Stiver, 23, who is her boyfriend and stepbrother. The incident took place in Cuyahoga County, OH on State Route 82 / Deer Creek Dr in the city of North Royalton, police state.

Kozelka is 5’2″, is 100lbs, is white, has black hair, and has hazel eyes. A photo of her can be found on the right side of the header image.

Stiver is 5’8″, is 170lbs, is white, has black hair, and has blue eyes. A photo of him can be found on the left side of the header image.

They are driving in a gray 2012 Ford Focus, with Ohio registration N697141, police state.
