Timothy Roth

Timothy Lee Roth, Sr., 63, of Huron, passed away unexpectedly Thursday November 26, 2020, at his residence. Tim was a devoted and loving father, husband, brother, son and friend. He left a mark on everyone that he met and was always willing to help out.

He was born May 20th, 1957 in Sandusky to Ralph Donald Roth and Barabra Ann(Heagler) Roth. He was a 1975 graduate of Perkins High School. After high school he went on to the University of Toledo (78), earning his associates degree in Respiratory Therapy. Following graduation, he married the love of his life, Renee Marie(Barbour). He truly had a passion for helping people and enjoyed his life’s work in the healthcare field. He held a variety of positions in Respiratory Care throughout his career, working for years at Providence, Firelands and most recently at Avon Place where he worked with cystic fibrosis patients.

Tim enjoyed hunting, trapping, fishing, collecting and working on antiques, clocks and old cars. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, taking his grandkids to Cedar Point and spending time with his cat, Sylvia. He especially had a deep passion for all things Rock and Roll and helped others to appreciate life through music.

Tim will forever be remembered by his children, Timothy(Kathryn) Roth, Jr. and Justin(Stephanie Schirtzinger) Roth; Grandchildren, Cadence Bailey, Jordan Hope, Ethan and Nolan Roth; Father, R. Donald Roth; Brother, Jeffrey Roth; Sister, Brenda(Drew) Westerhold; Mother-in-law, Barbara King; Brother-in-laws, David Barbour, David(Lynda) Katz, Donald Kurth, Allen Walton and Kevin Rosser; Sister-in-laws; Tammy(Ron Sr.) Wilson, Sharon Lawson and Betty O’Connell. Nephew, Adam Canino; Nieces, Lea Westerhold and Lindsay(Beca) Roth.

Tim was preceded in death by his high school sweetheart, soulmate and loving wife, Renee. His Mother, Barbara Roth; Brother-in-laws, Robert Walton and Larry Walton; Sister-in-laws, Christine Weaver and Pamella Hall; and cousin Terry.

Due to the current health pandemic, the family has decided to not have a public service at this time. A Celebration of Tim’s Life will take place tentatively May 2021.
