Man charged after allegedly exposing himself at Shoreline Park

SANDUSKY – Scott Tkach, 41, of Sandusky, was charged with Indecent Exposure (M4) Monday evening, after he allegedly exposed his penis at Shoreline Park in Sandusky.

According to a report from the Sandusky Police Department, police arrived at the park for a report of a white male wearing all
black that exposed his penis in public.

When officers approached Tkach, according to the report, he began walk away and said that he would sue the Sandusky Police Department. Police then told the man that he needed to stop, because he was being detained, that report states.

When officers told Tkach why they were there, according to the report, he said that he would never do it again and again began to walk away from officers. The report states that police then placed Tkach under arrest, gave him his summons and he then left the scene without incident.
