In battle of unbeatens, Western Reserve defeats Huron 48-47

HURON – At Thursday’s varsity boys basketball game between the Huron Tigers and Western Reserve Roughriders, the Roughriders defeated the Tigers 48-47.

Prior to the game, both teams were undefeated.

Western Reserve finished ahead at the end of all quarters. However, the score remained close throughout the game. The first quarter ended 8-7; the second quarter ended 24-19; and third quarter ended 34-33.

Huron is now 6-1.
