Two arrested at South Court house

HURON – Huron Police and Erie County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two people at a South Court house Friday.

According to a Huron Police report, a Huron Police officer was observing the house after Ethan Spiggle, who had several felony warrants, was observed being dropped off at the residence and a confidential informant advised police that Marshall Fiske and Jess Rudolph, who both have active warrants, were likely inside.

The report says that another Huron police officer and an Erie County Sheriff’s deputy then arrived and made contact with a woman, who is known to be Fiske’s girlfriend. The woman allegedly denied that the suspects were in the house.

Police then noticed that there were two individuals, a man and a woman, on the floor. When police had the two identify themselves, the woman allegedly gave police a false name; however, she was later identified as Raquel Jenkins. The two were then removed from the house.

Police then continued to ask the woman at the door for the wanted suspects. The woman retrieved Spiggle from a back room, and he was then taken into custody. The woman allegedly claimed that Fiske was in the hospital and Rudolph may be at a trailer park in Sandusky. Police were unable to verify these claims.

Spiggle requested medical attention following the incident. He was transported to Firelands Regional Medical Center, and then to the Erie County Jail, where he was served with warrants for a bench warrant and two counts of Possession of Drugs (F5).

Jenkins was charged with obstructing official business (M2) for allegedly giving police false information. She was transported to the Huron County Sheriff’s Office, due to her having a bench warrant.

As of Tuesday evening, Fiske and Rudolph still have active warrants from Huron Municipal Court.
