1,201 people cited for distracted driving during 6-State Trooper Project

COLUMBUS – 1,201 people were cited for distracted driving during a 6 State Trooper Project. 557 of those citations were in Ohio.

The project began on Monday April 5 at 12:01AM and ended on Monday, April 12 at 11:59PM.

The 6 State Trooper Project is a partnership between the Indiana State Police, Kentucky State Police, Michigan State Police, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Pennsylvania State Police and the West Virginia State Police.
