1,583 new cases of COVID-19 confirmed and 181 new hospitalizations in Ohio

COLUMBUS – Since Wednesday in the State of Ohio, 1,583 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed. That brings the total number of confirmed cases to 883,946. 181 people were hospitalized. 54,636 people have now been hospitalized from COVID-19 in Ohio. 47,075 people begun the vaccination process. 4,254,389 people in Ohio or 36.40% of Ohio’s population have now begun the vaccination process. 73,657 people also finished the vaccination process. 2,847,986 people or 24.36% of Ohio’s population have now finished the vaccination process.
