897 new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Ohio

Columbus, OH – Since Sunday in the State of Ohio, 897 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed. That brings the total number of confirmed cases to 851,248. 78 people were hospitalized. 52,207 people have now been hospitalized from COVID-19 in Ohio. 36,133 people begun the vaccination process. 2,822,236 people in Ohio or 24.14% of Ohio’s population have now begun the vaccination process. 16,513 people also finished the vaccination process. 1,609,854 people or 13.77% of Ohio’s population have now finished the vaccination process.
