Threat made against Sandusky City Schools

SANDUSKY – Sandusky City Schools said Wednesday evening that a threat was made against the district on social media.

According to the district, the Sandusky Police Department is investigating the threat and “has apprehended those responsible.”

The district announced that there will be an increased police presence throughout the district on Thursday. Additionally, any students who are reported absent for Thursday by a guardian out of a concern for safety will be excused.
