You're not in here alone.' Allen County Jail graduates its largest JCAP class yet

Fort Wayne, Indiana – Nine inmates graduated from the Allen County Jail Chemical Addiction Program (JCAP) on Tuesday.

The 16-week program began in 2022 and assists inmates struggling with addiction.

This was the eighth graduation ceremony for the program. It was held at the Allen County Courthouse, and the graduates delivered speeches thanking the volunteers, sheriff’s deputies, and family members who assisted them along the way.

Renald Williems, one of the JCAP graduates, stated that his diploma marks the beginning of his new life.
