Wells County, Indiana — U.S. Marshals are looking for a man wanted for rape and are seeking the public for assistance in locating the culprit.
Clinton Robert Billman was charged in Wells County with rape, criminal confinement with bodily injury, domestic abuse resulting in moderate bodily injury, strangling, and threatening to commit a violent offense.
The US Marshals are looking for Billman, who is described as a bald, white man with brown eyes, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighing 155 pounds.
