Tonight in Auglaize County, troopers are conducting an OVI checkpoint

DAYTON, Ohio — Drivers in the northern part of the region may notice a large police presence on Friday.

On June 20, from 7 to 9 p.m., law enforcement will set up an OVI checkpoint on Celina Road in Auglaize County.

According to the release, the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office, and St. Marys Police Department will all be present at the checkpoint.

Individuals who intend to drink should plan ahead and find a designated driver. You should not drive if you have consumed alcohol.
