Allen County, Indiana — The Allen County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who died in a single-vehicle crash just east of Hoagland on June 19.
Timothy Wayne Lepper, 35, died as a result of multiple blunt force injuries, and the cause of death was determined to be accidental.
According to the Allen County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to the intersection of Hoagland and Grotrian roads and discovered a pickup truck off the road that had rolled over at least once. Investigators later discovered that Lepper had been thrown from the truck during the crash.
Lepper is Allen County’s 24th traffic death in 2025.
