Bakersfield, California — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified the woman who died Wednesday after allegedly driving on the wrong side of Highway 58.
Corrina McKenzie Guitron, 40, of Ridgecrest, was driving eastbound on Highway 58, west of Highway 202, in Tehachapi, according to officials.
Guitron collided with a Ram 1500 at 1:33 p.m. and died on the scene, according to officials. According to the California Highway Patrol, the driver of the Ram 1500 was transported to Kern Medical Center.
According to officials, Guitron was driving westbound in eastbound traffic.
