Non-Life-Threatening Injuries in Motorcycle and Pickup Collisions in Watertown

A motorcycle and a pickup truck collided at the intersection of 10th Avenue NE and 19th Street NE on Thursday afternoon, July 3, 2025. The motorcycle driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the incident, which occurred around 4:47 PM.

According to the Watertown Police Department, a 52-year-old male from Watertown was riding a 1984 red Honda motorcycle southbound on 19th Street NE, attempting to turn eastbound onto 10th Avenue NE. Simultaneously, a 51-year-old male from Watertown was driving a 2019 black Chevrolet Silverado westbound on 10th Avenue NE and came to a stop at the stop sign.

The collision occurred when the Chevrolet pickup drove through the intersection from the stop sign while the motorcycle was making its turn, resulting in a collision between the two vehicles.

Watertown Fire Rescue responded and transported the 52-year-old male motorcycle driver to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Chevrolet pickup truck was ticketed for a stop sign violation and driving without a valid license. Watertown Fire Rescue assisted the Watertown Police Department at the scene.
