Fort Wayne, Indiana — An Allen County judge on Tuesday granted a request to add four new charges against a 39-year-old Fort Wayne man accused of child molesting.
Kevin Weatherbe was arrested late last year on three counts of child molestation, with two additional felony charges filed against him in 2021.
On Tuesday, Allen County Superior Court Judge Fran Gull granted Deputy Prosecutor Tracey Noetzel’s motion to include three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and child solicitation.
Weatherbe is accused of sexually assaulting a teen boy “more than 20 times,” according to court records.
Weather be is scheduled to go on trial in July.
