A Michigan man is facing rape and other charges stemming from alleged acts committed more than 20 years ago.
A Van Wert County grand jury indicted David Lowe, 54, for rape, gross sexual imposition, and sexual violence.
Lowe pleaded not guilty to the allegations during his arraignment this week. According to the indictment, two victims were under the age of 13, and the offenses occurred between January 2003 and December 2007.
Lowe is being held in the Van Wert County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
