“The staff that we have this year are very qualified, so it’s encouraging to see so many yearly returners coming back and being leaders for consecutive years.
“Developing relationships and bonds with everyone,” stated Julia Washington-Allen, Summer Playground Coordinator.
“It is also critical to us that we hire individuals who work with children all year.
So having teachers who are qualified to teach and interact with these children while also being positive influences is something we strive for each year.”
