Bakersfield, California – The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old boy.
Jaylen Jones was last seen on September 2, 2025, around 10 a.m., at his home on the 27000 block of Cote Street in Boron.
He’s described as black, 5’5″ tall, 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing black basketball shorts, black and grey Reebok sneakers, and a dark blue backpack.
Jones is considered at-risk due to medical issues and no prior history of going missing.
