Bakersfield, California — Kern County Secret Witness is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest in the 2020 shooting that killed a man in Delano.

Kern County Secret Witness reported on June 16, 2020, that the Delano Police Department was investigating the murder of 18-year-old Rene Rodriguez, Jr.

Rene Rodriguez Jr. was shot on the 1600 block of Ellington Street in Delano.

Secret Witness claimed he was taken to a hospital by his friends, where he later died.

Kern Secret Witness is offering $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect(s).
